I have the right to decline any commission art request.

The Commission Form and Waitlist Form serves as a request. Confirmation will be provided upon adding the commissioner's name/username to the Commission Progress & Queue. You will be contacted via email once the commission have been confirmed.

If you have not received a response from me within 2-4 days, please feel free to contact me via email to inquire about the status of your request and any related information.

After confirming the commission, I will promptly issue an invoice to you.

NO RUSHING, RUSH DEADLINE WILL BE CHARGED.

Half payment or Full payment upfront via Paypal invoice in USD before I start the commission.

I will send another invoice after confirming the line art phase for the half payment method. Failure to pay the invoice would mean I won't continue the piece.

It would take at least 3-5 days/ 1-3 weeks (might take longer than usual, please be patient with me) to finish the commission depending on the difficulty and how busy I am.

NO REFUNDS once I start working on the piece.

I will send you 3 progresses of my WIPS. I will send you the Sketch, Line art, and Base (Color flat) so that you could still ask some changes while I'm making the piece.

I WON'T ACCEPT ANY REVISIONS AFTER THE BASE unless you pay for it. The price would depend if it is major or minor changes.

Watermark (just my signature) will be present on the piece. Not the watermark I usually use to post.

You may only request or remove the watermark for commercial use.

If you require a specific canvas size, please inform me, as my computer has certain limitations.

Canvas sizes exceeding 5000 px would have additional fee. The price varies based on the canvas size.

2x the price if it's for commercial use.

The prices listed on the commission sheet serve as the starting point. They reflect the base cost, with additional charges applied based on the level of detail required.

6.8% will be added to the total amount due to Paypal transfer/tax fees

Please provide a detailed information and visual reference about the piece. Unclear references and description would incur additional charges.

Users are strictly prohibited from claiming, tracing, reselling, redistributing, or engaging in any unauthorized use of my works.

ANY KIND OF USAGE THAT COULD BENEFIT THE COMMISSIONER (PERSONAL USE ONLY) IS PROHIBITED.

The client must provide proper credit by linking back to my social media profiles when using my work.

I can post my commissioned work on my platforms unless discussed otherwise.

All commissioned work will be sent through email in full resolution in jpeg./png. file.
